Drive one of America's Great Scenic Highways- Highway 12 in Utah's Canyonlands
You might want to budget some extra time into your trip to Utah to enjoy a scenic drive. Utah’s a big state with a lot to see. We’re on scenic Highway 12, which is one of the more scenic roads in the United States.
Highway 12 stretches through Southern Utah's Bryce Canyon with it's stunning hoodoos, over Boulder Mountain and to scenic Capitol Reef National Park. Along the way, you might want to make a few stops, perhaps to ride horses or hike Bryce or Capitol Reef.
Along our drive, we wind through red rocks, canyons, and even some higher snow covered forests, as we travel to Capitol Reef National Park.
