Brandied French Toast Recipe from Elk Mountain Ranch

A sweet morning treat with a kick! Tom and Sue Murphy, owners of Elk Mountain Ranch located two hours from Denver and Colorado Springs, share a recipe for Brandied French Toast, a guest favorite.

Makes 1 loaf French bread

Ingredients:
5 eggs
1 cup cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. almond extract
1 Tbsp. Brandy
¼ cup sugar
1 loaf French bread, slice about ¾ inches

Directions:
Whisk first 6 ingredients, dip bread and grill on both sides until desired color.
